3. Art Installation/Performance/Others
Performance and other art forms based on the theme 'TOKYO JAZZ'.

Award Ceremony: TOKYO JAZZ 2003 Event Site (Aug. 23 or Aug. 24, 2003)
BEST DESIGN OF THE YEAR will be selected from those awarded the Excellency Award
and will be commended by Herbie Hancock, the Music Producer of TOKYO JAZZ 2003.
